You may ask. Well, <strong>it is a mortgage loan with which we can finance the purchase, construction or renovation of a sustainable house<\/strong>. And, although at present it is not a product that is seen much in the Spanish market, <strong>there are several banks that offer this possibility in order to encourage <em>eco-friendly<\/em> houses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- heading {\"align\":\"center\"} --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">What are the advantages of green mortgages?<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Money saving<\/strong>: These types of mortgages are cheaper because by saving energy in the house you will also save money (according to experts, the savings could be around \u20ac4000). Furthermore, the more efficient households are, the lower the interest rate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reduction of environmental impact<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chg.es\/en\/__trashed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">saving energy<\/a> helps to have a healthier and cleaner planet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/list --><\/p>\n<p><!-- heading {\"align\":\"center\"} --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">How to get it?<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>To get green mortgage, the property has to meet certain requirements and demonstrate them by presenting the documents that prove it to the bank. The requirements are the following:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Have sufficient solvency<\/strong> to pay the entry and relevant expenses as well as a stable income.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The energy rating<\/strong> of the house must be <strong>A+<\/strong>, <strong>A<\/strong> or <strong>B<\/strong> (whether we buy or build it).
