It is necessary to inquire about the mortgage rates that exist or to know the requirements that must be met, as well as the most common mortgage expenses. Today we are going to tell you about the latter.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- heading {\"textAlign\":\"center\"} --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center\">These are the most common mortgage fees<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- list --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Opening commission.<\/strong>\u00a0This charge is derived from the signature and formalization of the mortgage. It\u2019s the only commission that the client must face when formalizing the loan with the bank. When and how is it to be paid? The bank will inform you in advance of the amount of this commission.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commission for consideration and management.<\/strong> In the past this commission was charged by the bank for carrying out checks on said mortgage. Currently, thanks to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chg.es\/en\/nueva-ley-hipotecaria-todo-lo-que-tienes-que-saber\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new mortgage law<\/a> this expense is included in the opening commission.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paperwork commission.<\/strong> The same thing happens to this commission as to the previous one.
