Water supply is guaranteed by ‘AGUAS DE BULLENT, S.A.’, a company of the CHG Group, which owns its own wells. It provides high-quality drinking water to over seven thousand households in Oliva, including the Oliva Nova Golf complex.
Fixed Price
In this luxury real estate agency, we guarantee a fixed price upon signing the purchase contract. Since 1972, there has not been a single case of retrospective calculations or billing. Our prices include all costs, such as architect fees, permits, notary fees, and utility connections.
Services Guarantee
All plots by CHG come with all services included in the purchase price, such as road construction, potable water supply, electrical lines, and a wastewater treatment plant.
Financial Guarantee
The share capital of the CHG Group of Companies, fully paid-up, and its equity as of 31-12-2017 amounts to €66,619,678.
Ownership Guarantee
We guarantee, through the deed of sale and its subsequent registration, that you will be registered as the owner in the property registry, free of any liens or encumbrances.
