QUALITY GUARANTEE
CHG covers all visible defects during a twelve month period from the final inspection and hand over of keys.
During the first 10 years we also cover any defect in the foundations, supporting walls, structural elements and ceilings.
We take out a 10 year insurance policy before even starting any construction. The specialist insurance company employs an engineering company to perform regular technical inspections during the various stages of the construction to supervise all of the building calculations, the quality of the materials used and the care taken in the realisation of the project before providing the final approval.
ISO 9001
We are the first real estate promoter on the Costa Blanca that in November 1996 was awarded the coveted UNE EN ISO 9001 quality control certification.
In order to preserve this accreditation, CHG has very stringent and continuous quality control procedures governing every step from the first designs to the handover of keys and ensures the highest quality and precision through the whole project from start to finish.
PRICE GUARANTEE
We guarantee the price on signing the purchase contract. Since 1972 there has we have not had a single case of additional calculation or retrospective invoicing.

SERVICES GUARANTEE

WATER
The supply of clean water is guaranteed by “AGUAS DE BULLENT, S.A.”, A CHG Group Company, owner of its own wells.
Supplier of high quality drinking water to more than seven thousand homes in the town of Oliva, which includes the Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort.
OWNERSHIP GUARANTEE
GWe guarantee from the signing of the purchase contract and the subsequent deeds which are created, the full and correct inclusion into the Property Register as owner of the new property without any additional cost or issue.
