3 recipes to prepare with children
Fruit ice lollies
This is a very simple recipe with a delicious result. And now that summer is about to come, it’s even more perfect.
To do this you have to cut the fruit (of your choice) into small pieces and put it in the blender. Then add a natural yogurt and sugar to taste. Beat everything together and when it is ready, pour the mixture into the popsicle moulds and put it in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
One trick to get the them out of the mould without breaking them is to pour hot water over them and the lolly will come off without a problem. The result? Tasty and very healthy.
Minipizzas
What kid doesn’t like pizza? Well, this time they’re going to make them in mini size. What does it take? Toast, tomato, grated mozzarella cheese, ham and oregano.
The first thing to do is to cut the Bimbo bread in small pieces (the easiest way is to make little squares, but if you have moulds to cut out circles it will look more professional). Then add the tomato, the cheese, the pieces of ham and finally the oregano. Once ready, put it in the oven until the bread is golden and the cheese melted. See how easy?
Candies
For home-made candies, you need a chocolate bar, 100 grams of minced almonds and butter.
The first step is to melt the chocolate with the butter in bain-marie, stirring all the time, but not bringing it to a boil. Once well mixed, leave it to cool until lukewarm, add the almonds and stir again. Pour the mixture into a mould for candies (previously oiled for easier removal) an leave to cool down.
If you want, you can put wooden stick into the mixture before cooling down to make lollipop candies.
See how easy it is to have fun? Don’t hesitate and take advantage of your time at home for cooking with the little ones.
